Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Process Engineers to bridge executive strategy with on-the-ground execution in healthcare revenue cycle management. You will quantify ROI, design delivery processes, and lead teams across client engagements, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and KPI-driven outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in RCM, 5+ years in management, strong PM and analytics, and travel up to 50%. Base pay ranges from $175,000 to $306,101.78 per year with a 25% target bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management incl. HB/PB Follow Up, Denials, and Coding.

Responsibilities

• Quantify ROI of use cases by identifying business objectives and ROI.
• Design and optimize delivery processes with internal teams for consistent execution of use cases.
• Leads and mentors Solution Consultants to align team with client goals and metrics.
• Collaborate to create product roadmap, future state processes, and implementation plan.
• Develop training and change management plans to drive adoption of best practices.
• Provide technical product and operational leadership through the solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging opportunities and assess future use case business cases.
• Engage with customers using data-driven insights for decision making.
• Ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to deliver measurable value in steady-state operations.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with clients and stakeholders.
