Job summary

You will lead onboarding, act as technical advisor, design scalable infrastructure, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Research, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as: Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Technical Implementation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Distributed Systems, Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Networking, IAM, Storage, Compute.
• Programming experience in Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and production rollouts.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their deployment journey.
• Design scalable, secure infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and production rollouts.

• Design scalable, secure infrastructure across: Architect distributed systems involving compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
• Travel to customer sites when required for strategic deployments.

Requirements

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as:
