Ladders is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Growth Solutions) to join a leader in Consumer Technology. You will deliver customer-facing software solutions, design AI-powered workflows, and translate field insights into roadmap improvements.

Based remotely in the US, you will partner with customers, product, and engineering teams to drive measurable outcomes and mentor colleagues while shaping solution strategy with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering software solutions to enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics technology.
• Experience with complex software implementations.
• Credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI application lifecycle management.

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Growth Solutions) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will focus on delivering customer-facing software solutions that turn complex business needs into practical, measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to design and implement AI-powered workflows, support solution strategy, and translate field insights into roadmap improvements. This position is ideal for a technically credible problem-solver who can bridge enterprise implementation work with product discovery and customer success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,000 - $180,000 annually
