• Lead end-to-end deployment of autonomous systems in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain uptime.
• Gather and analyze field feedback to identify improvements.
• Implement monitoring and diagnostic tools for sustained reliability.
• Partner with customer teams to train operators and drive adoption.
• Bring field insights back to engineering to enhance the core system.
