Workwize is seeking a delivery-minded professional to design, build, and launch workflows for enterprise clients. You will own the full delivery loop from discovery to measurement, working in a new startup‑like team inside Workwize with no PM specs, just client value.

The role requires 4+ years shipping software with real users, experience running client calls and scoping work, and comfort using AI tools to move fast.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years shipping software real users depend on, across web apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience running client calls, scoping work, and pushing back when needed.
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable using AI tools to move fast.

Location & Ways of Working:

• Hybrid from Amsterdam preferred, with remote options in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
• Occasional client travel once or twice a year.
