Fonio is seeking a hands-on engineer to join our team and drive the live deployment of AI-powered phone agent workflows for our US customers. You’ll design and implement production-grade logic, prompts, and guardrails, and ensure robust integrations with external systems.

You will collaborate with Product/Engineering and Go-to-Market to ship rapidly, iterate on feedback, and maintain high availability in a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture.

• Solid coding skills and the ability to implement independently.
