Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work with clients, designing and delivering AI-powered solutions across cloud platforms. The role combines consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on engineering to address business challenges with AI/ML and LLMs.

The candidate will lead workshops, design scalable architectures, and own end-to-end deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience building cloud-native and distributed systems.
• 7+ years of consulting, solution architecture, or client-facing technology delivery experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and modern application development frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
