Job summary

Reuben Cooley Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to drive enterprise AI adoption by turning prototypes into production-grade agentic systems. The role requires on‑site collaboration with large enterprise customers to architect, build, and deploy AI workloads integrated into live IT environments.

You will lead development of multi-agent systems, ensure secure cloud integrations, and design observability pipelines. A strong background in Python, GCP, and IaC is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on cloud experience (GCP) and IaC tooling (Terraform or equivalent).
• Proven track record building full‑stack enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions.

Location: Remote(US)

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Overview:

Drive enterprise AI adoption by turning conversational AI prototypes into secure, production-grade agentic systems. You will work on-site with large enterprise customers to architect, build, and deploy high-impact AI workloads integrated into their live IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Agents: Build and deploy multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, and MCP servers that drive measurable ROI.
• System Integration: Architect secure connectivity between Google Conversational AI and client infrastructure, APIs, and legacy data silos.
• Evals & Observability: Design evaluation pipelines and distributed tracing to optimize reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, and security.
• Client Enablement: Partner closely with customer engineering teams to implement Google-grade software standards.
• Product Feedback: Turn common client friction points into reusable modules and upstream product improvements.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent) + 5+ years of software development in Python.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience architecting on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) and automating deployments using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Integration: Proven track record building full-stack enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions.

Preferred:

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., ReAct, self-reflection).
• Expertise in RAG optimization, vector chunking, and hallucination reduction.
• Strong background in real-time microservices tracing, agent debugging, and live high-traffic troubleshooting.
