Capgemini is designing and deploying enterprise-scale agentic and conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will work with client teams to translate requirements and AI prototypes into secure, scalable production systems, while managing infrastructure and optimizing performance and observability.

The role requires hands-on expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, RAG, and cloud security, with a focus on Agile delivery and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or data engineering.
• Strong GCP, Vertex AI, and Python experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's or PhD preferred.

Job description

Design and deploy enterprise-scale agentic and conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud, including multi-agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and integrations with enterprise systems. Work with client teams to turn business requirements and AI prototypes into secure, scalable production systems, while managing infrastructure and optimizing performance and observability.

Requirements:

• Requires at least four years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or data engineering, along with strong GCP, Vertex AI, and Python experience.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, Terraform, security, enterprise integrations, and Agile delivery; a bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree or PhD is preferred.
