Job summary

Promevo LLC is a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role focused on deploying and enabling Google Workspace environments, Gemini Enterprise, and Promevo Insights for enterprise clients. You will design architecture, automate workflows, and guide client IT teams through secure policy automation and advanced admin features.

The position emphasizes hands-on technical work, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training and documentation creation to drive adoption and value for clients.

While supporting Google Workspace environments, your core mission will be driving end‑to‑end adoption and deep feature consumption for Gemini Enterprise, gPanel, and Promevo Insights. Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Enablement & Deployment Architecture

• Execute deployment and technical enablement for Google Workspace environments.
• Assist in the architectural design, implementation, and feature activation of Google Workspace Enterprise features and agentic workflows.
• Configure identity, access management, and secure connection protocols for client cloud environments.
• Configure, integrate, and operationalize gPanel and Promevo Insights across client environments to optimize SaaS governance and Agentic Operations.
• Configure and manage Google Cloud/Workspace APIs and integrations to support custom client automation.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Chrome Enterprise policies to support secure device management for clients.

Automation & Custom Solution Engineering

• Develop custom scripts and agentic workflows using Apps Script, Python, or PowerShell to extend Google Workspace, Gemini, and gPanel functionality.
• Architect and implement agentic automation workflows (using Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud AI tools, and Workspace integrations) to modernize client business processes.

Client Advisory & Cross-Functional Engagement

• Lead executive-level technical discussions to align business goals with Gemini Enterprise capability, gPanel management, and workspace optimization.
• Guide client IT administrators through initial setup, security policy automation, and advanced administration features within gPanel to solidify operational stickiness.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams during technical discovery to identify adoption gaps, scoping post‑sale enablement for gPanel, Promevo Insights, and Gemini Enterprise.

Enablement, Training & Documentation

• Deliver high‑impact technical training and enablement sessions for client admins and end-users, driving Gemini Enterprise prompt fluency and gPanel operational mastery.
• Write technical documentation for deployed solutions that includes end‑user guides and process manuals.
• Create, publish, and maintain training assets in our LMS covering Gemini Enterprise use cases, gPanel administration, and Promevo Insights best practices.

Telemetry & Adoption Monitoring

• Monitor client license usage, feature engagement, and platform telemetry through Promevo Insights to proactively identify low adoption and implement technical remediation strategies.
• Achieve targeted license activation rates for Gemini Enterprise and gPanel across assigned client accounts within specified post‑sale timeframes.
• Drive measurable adoption increases in high‑value features (e.g., Gemini prompt usage, automated workflows, Promevo Insights reporting, gPanel security policies) among enterprise accounts.
• Successfully design and deploy custom agentic/automation workflows that increase client reliance on the Google Workspace and Promevo ecosystem.
• Proactively identify and remediate low‑usage accounts through usage data analysis before contract renewal periods.
• Successfully develop and manage robust integrations between client ecosystems and Promevo insights tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of DNS, Networking, and Email Administration.
• 3+ years of experience administering MS Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory.
• 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
• 3+ years of experience with and/or understanding of Office 365, Exchange, or SharePoint Online.
• Experience using migration and SaaS management tools (Google Workspace Migrate, CloudM, GAM, etc.).
• 3+ years of working with integration tools Okta, ADFS, GAM, BetterCloud, CloudM Manage, GCDS, etc..
• Familiarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device management, and data protection.
• Demonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of Generative AI platforms (specifically Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and agentic workflow integration.
• Experience analyzing product telemetry or SaaS consumption metrics (e.g., via Promevo Insights or Google Workspace Admin reports) to drive customer success and adoption strategies.
• Certification (preference): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer, Associate - Google Workspace Administrator, or relevant Generative AI certifications.
• This position is highly client‑facing; candidates will be required to demonstrate strong communication and management skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested.
