They are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, helping deploy and customize AI voice solutions in production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, build technical solutions, create integrations, and translate real-world feedback into improvements for the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers
• Partner with customers, sales, and product teams to scope requirements and deliver solutions
• Design prototypes and production-ready systems
• Become an expert in LLM-powered applications, prompting strategies, and AI workflows
• Identify customer insights and help shape product direction

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, Customer Engineer, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Understanding of LLM applications and AI-powered systems

Compensation:

• $200K-$300K base salary + equity
• Open to sponsoring qualified candidates across various visa types
