Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to design, build, and harden agentic AI applications that interact with enterprise systems. You will lead a small cross-functional pod, move solutions from concept to production, and ensure security, scalability, and governance.

You will prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development, own data readiness in Microsoft Fabric, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience building agentic or multi-agent AI systems in production.
Strong command of state management, concurrency, idempotency, and authorization.
Extensive software development experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
Hands-on integration experience with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, agent orchestration, and tool use.
Strong cloud skills, ideally on Azure, with end-to-end provisioning and operation.
Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development and show senior independent judgment.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar enterprise data platforms (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Lyzr, Moveworks (preferred).
Integration with Oracle HCM, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow (preferred).
Familiarity with IAM, data classification and residency, responsible AI policy, and model-output evaluation (preferred).
Background blending software engineering with consulting or corporate function disciplines (preferred).
Experience delivering short iterative cycles with non-technical stakeholders (preferred).

Requirements

Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, prompt and context design, agent orchestration, tool use, and MCP
Strong hands-on command of a major cloud platform, ideally Azure
Ability to provision, configure, deploy, secure, and operate cloud resources end to end
Demonstrated ability to prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development
Senior individual-contributor judgment and autonomy
Direct experience with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable enterprise data platform (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Lyzr, or Moveworks (preferred)
Integration experience with Oracle HCM, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow (preferred)
Familiarity with identity and access management, data classification and residency, responsible AI policy, and model-output evaluation (preferred)
Background blending software engineering with consulting, business transformation, or a Corporate Function discipline (preferred)
