Job description

• Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET, React, and Blazor from architecture through deployment
• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Container Apps
• Write clean, testable code for data pipelines, APIs, and AI integrations
• Architect and implement AI-driven agentic solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and related services
• Integrate multi-step AI workflows, including tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration, into enterprise applications
• Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI coding tools, and Claude to improve delivery speed and code quality
• Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and business end users to gather requirements and deliver software supporting operational decision-making
• Translate business requirements from analysts and end users into maintainable technical solutions
• Engage end users through working sessions and feedback throughout the development cycle
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline management, and DevSecOps practices
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Current/Valid driver’s license
• 3 or more years of professional software development experience
• 3 or more years of hands‑on, front‑end or scripting experience with one or more modern frameworks such as React, Blazor, or similar
• 3 or more years of experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
• 3 or more years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
• 1 or more years of experience designing and delivering AI agentic solutions — autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning workflows, or LLM-integrated applications within Azure
• 1 or more years of experience using AI coding assistants in a professional development environment
• 1 or more years of experience with query languages on Snowflake, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Intermediate level of proficiency in full-stack .NET development, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience translating customer outcomes into technical design requirements
• Preferred: Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or similar enterprise AI services
• Preferred: Knowledge of RAG patterns and vector databases
• Preferred: Prior experience building enterprise-level software solutions for upstream oil and gas operations or similar industrial environments
• Preferred: Working knowledge of upstream oil and gas workflows and business processes
• Preferred: Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AI-102, AZ-900, or equivalent)
