nCare MD is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a hands-on, product‑oriented team building AI‑forward healthcare software. You will work with clinicians and operations staff to understand real problems, prototype solutions, and ship production systems that improve care delivery, patient engagement, and workflow efficiency.

The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end features, effective API integrations, and leveraging AI to accelerate development while ensuring compliance with healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Healthcare technology experience is required.
• Experience building and shipping production applications.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, practice‑management, clinical, billing, or other healthcare systems.
• Strong skills in Python, .NET/C#, React, APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience with system architecture, backend services, and integrations.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Understanding of HIPAA, security, authentication, and audit logging.
• Strong product mindset and ability to work directly with users.
• AI experience is important; comfortable building LLM-powered workflows and AI agents.

Responsabilités

Foward Deployed Engineer - Healthcare AI

nCare is building healthcare technology that helps medical practices improve care delivery, patient engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who can work directly with clinicians, operations teams, and leadership to understand real healthcare problems and turn them into working software.

This is a hands‑on, product-oriented, AI-forward role. You’ll help define what should be built, prototype solutions, develop production systems, and improve them based on real user feedback.

• Revenue cycle and billing technology
• Healthcare data and analytics
• Workflow automation
• AI agents and AI‑assisted workflows
• Interoperability using APIs, HL7, and FHIR

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of software engineering experience

Healthcare technology experience is required
