Job summary

Felt Technologies, inc. is building the first embedded care SDK for health apps. We are seeking a strong engineer to join our engineering team, with roughly a 50-50 split between mobile and fullstack work as we scale to new customers and care paths.

Remote OK, but you must work within US timezones. You will ship features directly to clients, from AI case notes to advanced behavioral trackers, and develop NextJS web experiences while exploring native SDKs in Swift and Kotlin.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in NextJS/React and Postgres for web apps.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Experience in healthtech and handling PII/PHI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to ship features that move the business, from AI case notes to behavioral trackers.
• Develop web experiences in NextJS, from UI to client integrations, to backend and databases.
• Explore native SDKs in Swift and Kotlin.

Felt is building the first embedded care SDK for health apps. Our mission is to make access to a doctor simple and secure inside any mobile application. We have three signed customers in deployment of embedded care into their apps this quarter. With just these customers we are expecting about 1 million active users in late 2027. And to be profitable in 2026. We raised a seed round from 1984, Scrum Ventures and DigitX recently to accelerate our growth.

About the role

• We're looking for a strong engineer to join our engineering team
• We have about 50-50 split of mobile and fullstack work, as we scale horizontally to new customers and vertically to support new care paths.
• We want someone who shows agency to get to the true customer need
• Remote OK - but must work US timezones

What you'll do

• Directly engaging with our clients, shipping features that move the business. From AI case notes to advanced behavioral trackers.
• Develop web experiences in NextJS, from UI, to client integrations, to backend and databases
• Make enhancements to our existing processes
• Explore native SDKs in Swift and Kotlin

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web: NextJS, React, Postgres, Observability
• Experience in working in serverless environments
• Experience in AI and Swift/Kotlin is nice to have
• Experience in healthtech and dealing with PII/PHI
