M&T Bank Corporation's Wilmington IS department is launching a Management Development Program for recent graduates, combining ten weeks of Core Training and a year of on-the-job training. The role blends junior product management, business analysis, and AI-enabled process design to accelerate digital transformation across operations.

You will collaborate with product owners, operations, and technology partners to document requirements, write user stories, map processes, and prototype workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree candidate with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials (GPA of 3.0 or better).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and complete a one-year long, non-rotational training program.
