Warner Music Group is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver rapid data and AI solutions. You will join our Data and Insights team and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to turn complex problems into efficient workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of software engineering, strong Python skills, data pipelines, and hands-on experience with Snowflake/Databricks and AI tooling like Genie/Cortex/Streamlit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, data pipelining/ETL, and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks and rapid solution delivery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver rapid, production-grade data and AI solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Perform full-stack engineering across backend, frontend, and data pipelines.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled production solutions for non-technical users.
• Understand problems quickly and turn them into impactful deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from entry to executive level.
• Leverage AI tools (Genie/Cortex/Genie) to reduce delivery time from weeks to hours.
