Job summary

Talentola is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business intent with production-grade AI solutions. You’ll interact directly with stakeholders to translate ideas into deployable designs on an enterprise AI platform, ensuring governance, security, and measurable business outcomes.

You will own solution delivery from discovery to production, design agentic AI workflows, and align DevSecOps practices with AI governance.

Qualifications

Strong background in software engineering (backend, APIs, distributed systems) and production grade cloud native platforms.
Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python/Java/Go) with strong system design skills.
Experience with enterprise AI workflows, model governance, and secure deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to MVP production rollout for AI-enabled solutions.
Design agentic workflows and orchestrate multi-agent systems with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
Work with frontier models, context engineering, and RAG to optimize accuracy, latency, and cost.
Champion AI-first developer tooling and intelligent CI/CD/MLOps practices across teams.
Engage customers as a trusted technical advisor and translate business needs into scalable architectures.
