Job summary

Accenture Security is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams and secure AI systems in production. You will own outcomes—reduced attack surface, secure AI deployments, and measurable security posture improvements—using agentic coding in Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

The role operates within Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine and emphasizes 90-day delivery cycles, end-to-end build, deploy, and optimize with direct client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience with a cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps/detection, cloud security, IAM, offensive security/GRC)
• At least 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments
• 3+ years working with cloud platform security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP (IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total)

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments, owning full security design from assessment to deployment
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Support AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening)
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (identity and access, data pipeline, model serving, multi-system integration)
• Assist with AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management)
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk-adjusted investment roadmaps
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators for multiple engagements
• Contribute to architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams
