Responsibilities

• Embed within customer teams to define evaluation bars and technical plans.
• Customize and post-train models for domain adaptation.
• Build large-scale training and inference pipelines.
• Optimize training and inference on AWS Trainium and related engines.
• Codify reusable fine-tuning recipes and patterns.
