Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for major healthcare payer customers from problem definition through production deployment.
• Work with customer business, clinical, data, and technology teams to translate workflows into executable solutions.
• Build and integrate AI/ML solutions using LLMs, ML, rules, APIs, data pipelines, and healthcare data.
• Rapidly prototype solutions against real customer problems and harden successful approaches for production.
• Diagnose problems across applications, models, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Evaluate AI output for accuracy, explainability, reliability, and operational usefulness.
• Learn payer workflows to influence the product roadmap.
• Take ownership to resolve issues and drive results.
