Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking software engineers with Applied AI experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by LLMs. You will work with customers to translate complex problems into production-grade AI workflows, integrating tools, APIs, and data sources with a focus on reliability and security.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Python production experience, built RAG applications, and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Built and deployed high-performing RAG and agentic applications with multi-step task planning.
• Familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end.
• Thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-value business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs, and sensitive data sources with enterprise-grade reliability.
• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform, across the full product lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Own scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, including frontend work when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns to enable consistent delivery across customers and teams.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and raise engineering quality across the organization.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
