Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring software engineers with applied AI experience to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by large language models for enterprise use. You will work with customers to deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources, ensuring reliability, observability, and safety from day one.

The role involves shaping use cases end-to-end, including frontend work when necessary, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying RAG and agentic applications with multi-step task execution.
• Familiarity with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, safety, and latency.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that interact across tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Develop features for the North AI workspace platform across the product lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end use cases, including frontend work when needed to solve the problem.
• Contribute to shared frameworks to enable consistent delivery across customers.
• Drive clarity and engineering quality in ambiguous situations.
• Travel 20-40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
