Job summary

Quantix Search is seeking a forward deployed engineer to work directly with customers, understanding their workflows and building AI-powered software. You will design integrations and features using TypeScript, React, and Python while iterating on the core platform based on customer feedback.

You will embed with customer teams across discovery to deployment, collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap and deliver customer-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of post-college software experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and frontend development, with experience or willingness to work in Python.
• Experience as a Forward Deployed, Full Stack, or Product Engineer building 0-to-1 products.
• Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Excited by AI-native products and applying LLMs to real-world business problems.

We’re partnered with a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that’s transforming commercial banking. Their product automates complex lending and underwriting workflows, replacing legacy systems with AI-powered software that helps financial institutions operate faster and more efficiently.

This is a forward deployed role where you’ll work directly with customers to understand how they operate, build software that solves their biggest pain points, and turn those learnings into core product improvements.
