Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or customer success engineering.
• Ability to diagnose unfamiliar systems to root cause.
• Experience with integration setup and troubleshooting for technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Own technical requests end-to-end for the Praetorian Guard Platform.
• Create self-help tools that deflect support tickets.
• Provide well-formed product feedback based on recurring customer friction.
