Fortiva Sales Account Manager - Direct Poultry (Finance)

Fortiva Additives is seeking a Sales Account Manager. Our ecosystem of exclusive global partners is creating innovative, targeted feed additives that enhance animal performance, health, and welfare. This role focuses on poultry additive sales with large integrators and influencers.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Driving sales growth within assigned accounts and across all channels for Fortiva additives.
  2. Developing and executing account growth plans, including sales forecasting, producer meetings, and support programs.
  3. Leveraging resources, cultivating relationships, and expanding networks to identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Providing customer insights to contribute to innovation and marketing pipelines.
  5. Achieving proficiency in nutrition, production management, and sales skills through training and documented results.
  6. Organizing producer events to promote best practices for additive technologies, including proof field trials.
  7. Participating in industry events to raise awareness of Land O'Lakes Fortiva Additives.
  8. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in feed additive or animal health account management within the livestock industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degrees (MS, DVM, Ph.D.) in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology.
  • Understanding of additive impacts on health and performance.
  • Experience presenting complex technology clearly.
  • Formulation experience.
Required Competencies:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
  • Continuous learner with an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
Additional Details:

Base Salary: $105,040 - $157,560

Travel: 50%-80%. This is a remote role with open location.
