You will support multiple attorneys in active insurance defense, commercial litigation, and complex business disputes, draft pleadings, manage filings, and prepare deposition materials.

• Prior law firm litigation paralegal experience required.
• Defense litigation experience required.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple attorneys in active litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and trial materials.
• Assist through all phases of litigation.
