Trustpoint.One is partnering with a Dallas litigation boutique to hire a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a busy trial team. The role involves supporting all phases of litigation, including researching, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings, mediation, and trial.

You will work in-office in uptown Dallas. The ideal candidate has proven litigation paralegal experience, knowledge of court procedures, strong writing skills, and proficiency with legal databases.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with computer systems and databases
• Paralegal degree or relevant certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings and motions and file them with the court
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files)
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Organize exhibits, documents, briefs and appendices
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Gather information from diverse sources
