Job summary

Texas AirSystems in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer, open to current engineering students with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May 2027. You will learn all aspects of our products and systems to estimate and manage projects on schedule.

You will coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates, maintain project files, and communicate with owners, architects, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment as engineering student with anticipated graduation in 2026/2027.
• Detail oriented with customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration.
• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and general contractors.
• Organize project data for order entry.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors and manufacturers.
• Determine project requirements and sales team responsibilities to meet expectations.
• Investigate concerns and implement corrective action while maintaining customer satisfaction.
