Qualifications

  • Proficiency with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare budget estimates and ROMs for projects.
  • Oversee adherence to manuals, procedures, and contract documents.
  • Ensure project documentation and inspections meet standards.
  • Maintain project cost/change controls and accounting records.
  • Coordinate schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
  • Monitor contractors' progress and review reports weekly.
