Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee building projects in North Texas, within 50 miles of Fort Worth. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote work.

The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate inspections, and lead site meetings while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in construction management, experience with government projects, and familiarity with Procore, SharePoint and BIM360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of ten years in construction management or related roles.
• Experience with government/municipal projects and budget handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction management, inspection, and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with clients, occupants, architects/engineers, and contractors.
• Manage and coordinate inspection staff and project schedules.
• Run project site meetings and review work for plan conformance.
• Report project issues and provide status updates.
