The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate inspections, and lead site meetings while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in construction management, experience with government projects, and familiarity with Procore, SharePoint and BIM360.

JMT is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing construction projects in North Texas, initial project assignment expected to be within 50 miles of Fort Worth, TX. This is a ful-time, on site opportunity. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 10% to 90% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required. Travel required.
This is a field-based role, full-time on site expected with some office involved meetings and in between project assignments.
