Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee the full lifecycle of custom architectural stone and construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and specs.

The role requires reviewing blueprints, shop drawings and construction documents, tracking budgets and change orders, and traveling to sites as needed across the DFW area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management and ability to read construction documents.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from kickoff to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Review blueprints, shop drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams and manage project schedules.
• Oversee logistics, deliveries and installation support.
• Track budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation; resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.

Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee the full lifecycle of custom architectural stone and construction projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents, coordinating with production and engineering teams, managing project schedules, and overseeing logistics, deliveries, and installation support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable tracking budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation while proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. Experience with construction project management, plan review, and tools such as Bluebeam or AutoCAD is highly , along with strong communication and organizational skills.

• 3+ years of construction project management experience with a strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency with Bluebeam is strongly and AutoCAD experience is highly , along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience tracking budgets and change orders, and be comfortable traveling throughout the DFW area to visit construction sites. Experience within construction, architectural products, building materials, masonry, precast, cast stone, GFRC, or related industries is

Hours:Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm Benefits:
