Job summary

Spot On Talent in Fort Worth is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit preparation. You will report to the CFO in a lean, privately held aerospace distributor under $50M in revenue, with visibility into leadership decisions.

The role offers 1–2 days of remote work and collaboration in the Fort Worth office, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision and dental, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a smaller, privately held company.
• CPA or Big Four background a plus, not required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and the confidence to lead and influence at every level.

• Coordinate deliverables for financial, regulatory, and bank audits

A growing, privately held aerospace distributor in Fort Worth is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to work directly with the CFO and own the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit and bank field exam prep. This is a lean, under $50M organization, meaning you'll have real visibility into the business and a direct line to leadership, not a seat buried in a large finance department.

What you'll do:
