Fort Worth Country Day School, Inc. invites applications for a Camp Counselor position at Fort Wonder Summer Camps in Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise a group of campers (Pre-K–5th) and lead them through daily activities in a safe, inclusive environment.

If you are a hard-working and collaborative team member who is passionate about working with children (Pre-K-5th grade) in an energetic summer camp environment and creating a summer full of memories for our campers (and yourself), we want to hear from you!**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** Responsible for the daily management of a single group of campers in a specific age group. Counselors must be willing and flexible to work with all age groups (Pre-K-5th).* Provide campers with physical safety and emotional support to create a positive camp experience.* Lead campers through their daily activities.* Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors and peers as issues arise.* Commitment to full summer schedule required as follows: + May 26-29: 8:00AM-4:00 PM camp training, with 30 minute lunch break daily + June 1-July 17: 7:45 AM-4:00 PM Specialty Camps, Monday through Friday, with 30-minute lunch break daily.
