Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Fort Wayne, IN. This in-office role focuses on developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions (copiers, printers, fax, and related software).

Based in our Fort Wayne office, you will work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, reporting to the Sales Manager and driving individual and company sales goals while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hunter sales mentality in prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Actively prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
• Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software solutions to meet client needs.
• Grow market share by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Applied Innovation products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and growth.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
