Job summary

Superior in Indiana is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects on a Fort Wayne site. You will manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress stays on time and within scope.

This full-time role offers a $105,000–$140,000 annual salary plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates, and a strong benefits package supports you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in project operations or PM in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or CM certificate preferred
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects $5M–$50M

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk; elevate issues to leadership
• Create and manage full project schedule from kickoff to closeout
• Manage all project finances: billings, setup, buy-out, cost control, change orders, cost to complete
• Build client trust through clear communication and collaboration
• Chair project meetings with customers
• Coordinate materials across departments to ensure availability
• Provide clear leadership and guidance to all team members
• Understand contract scope and negotiate changes as needed
• Review estimates, drawings, specs, and contracts
• Ensure timely completion of closeout procedures
• Maintain high safety on site
