Job summary

Assign Home Solutions is hiring 3 experienced maintenance technicians for a full-time project in military family housing at Fort Meade, MD. Pay: $23–$30/hr, based on experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Length: 1 month minimum, with likely extension.

You'll perform drywall patching, painting, door hardware repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, plus smoke detectors, filters, exterior repairs and unit turns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license.
• Must pass a background check for base access.
• Your own hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation to Fort Meade.
• Smartphone (work orders and photos are done in an app).
• Professional and respectful in occupied homes.

Responsibilities
