Responsibilities include layout and measurement, material selection, formwork construction and stripping, and collaboration with form setters, concrete finishers, and project managers to ensure accurate builds and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete formwork carpentry on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of formwork materials and carpentry practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and design plans.
• Excellent measurement and layout skills.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for carpentry tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Formwork construction based on project specs and plans.
• Measure and lay out formwork components accurately.
• Select and prepare plywood, lumber, and steel for formwork.
• Construct formwork with precision for structural integrity.
• Assist concrete pouring with proper compaction.
• Strip formwork after concrete cures.
• Inspect formwork for defects and alignment.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with form setters, concrete finishers, and PMs.
