Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Experience constructing forms for concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build/assemble wood or metal forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns.
• Set forms to elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and systems (symon forms).
• Verify structure accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Communicate with Foreman/Project Manager about problems, materials, safety.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with signaling concrete delivery as needed.
• Observe and follow all safety policies and guidelines.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
