Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Formwork Carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of formwork materials and carpentry techniques.
• Proficiency reading construction blueprints and plans.
• Excellent measurement and layout skills.
• Experience with formwork and concrete placement workflows.
• Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Formwork construction based on project specs using wood and metal forms.
• Layout and measure to ensure accurate dimensions and alignment.
• Select and prepare formwork materials such as plywood and steel.
• Construct formwork with precision for structural integrity.
• Assist concrete placing, pouring, and compaction as needed.
• Strip formwork after curing and dispose of materials properly.
• Inspect formwork for defects and ensure compliance with specs.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a tidy, hazard-free area.
• Collaborate with form setters, concrete finishers, and PMs.
• Maintain carpentry tools and document work performed.
