Job summary

SR400 Constructors in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Carpenter for the SR400 Express Lanes project. You will build, install, and remove wooden and plywood forms for concrete structures on highway, roadway, and bridge construction, working with a team to meet safety and project specs.

This full-time, long-term position runs through 2031. Candidates should have 3+ years carpentry experience, own up to 50 lb lifts, read drawings, and pass drug screening; valid license and HS diploma

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, preferably in highway, roadway, bridge, or concrete construction.
• Must be 18+ years of age and pass the required drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, brace, align, and remove forms for concrete structures.
• Construct forms for retaining walls, drainage pipes, bridges, and other structures.
• Maintain safety procedures and housekeeping on site.
• Work with a team to ensure work meets project specifications and schedule.
