Qualifications

• 2+ years as a concrete finisher with finishing tool experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct concrete delivery trucks and position chutes for pours.
• Spread concrete to hard-to-reach areas and finish to grade.
• Finish surfaces with straightedges, floats, and trowels.
• Form edges, joints, and cure lines; repair defects as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and lay out forms per specs.
• Maintain safety and wear PPE at all times.
