Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking skilled concrete formworkers to join our outdoor crew in San Antonio, TX. Review drawings, set forms, place rebar, and oversee safe pour sequencing to deliver durable sidewalks, ramps, and driveways.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience, strong tool proficiency, and familiarity with ADA/TxDOT specs. We offer comprehensive benefits and year-round outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in concrete formwork and finishing (or equivalent training)
• Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and elevation markings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
• Familiarity with ADA, TxDOT, and standard concrete specifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review layouts and elevations to guide formwork and placement
• Set and align wood, steel, and SIM forms for sidewalks, drives, ramps and curbs
• Install rebar, wire mesh, chairs, hardware, and joint devices per spec
• Coordinate staging, pour sequence, and finish with screeds, edgers, trowels, and grinders
• Maintain site safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping on the job site
