Start Your Day Shaping Concrete That LastsIt’s 6:30 a.m. and you’re on site with your crew, working under the direction of the Foreman. You signal the ready-mix truck into position, swing the chutes just right, and guide the pour with a come-along. You screed with precision, float to grade, and trowel to a finish you’re proud to sign your name to. By midday you’re cutting and assembling forms, reading the blueprint to verify depth, pitch, and alignment. Braces, tie rods, nails, and bolts lock your forms in place. By afternoon, you’re setting joints and edges, checking layout for flatwork, and repairing any imperfections so the surface performs for decades. Safety comes first. Quality is non-negotiable.
