Job summary

Monroechamber in Wisconsin is seeking a Formulator for the 1st shift to manufacture products per approved formulas and production specs. You will maintain batch records, operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, and help with warehouse organization and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging.
• Preferred experience in food or feed manufacturing environments.
• Preferred experience operating blending or packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products per formulas and production specifications.
• Maintain accurate batch records and all required production documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barrel handlers.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control activities.
• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance concerns prior to operation.
• Understand and operate equipment required to mix products according to formulation requirements.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maximize production output.
