Job summary

QPS Employment has a Formulator role on the 2nd shift, offering a wage of $23.25–$26.25 per hour. Shift: 2nd, Hours: Mon 12:30 am–06:00 am, Tue–Thu 6:00 pm–06:00 am. You will manufacture products per formulas, maintain batch records, and operate material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week with overtime.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products per approved formulas and production specifications.
• Maintain accurate batch records and all required production documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barrel handlers.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control activities.
• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance concerns prior to operation.
• Understand and operate equipment required to mix products according to formulation requirements.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maximize production output.
