Job summary

Neogen is hiring a Formulator for the Randolph, Wisconsin facility on the 2nd shift. The role sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing equipment to produce company products, following formulas and process sheets.

Responsibilities include maintaining batch records, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring equipment cleanliness. 12-hour shifts, overtime available, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off. English communication required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or applicable manufacturing experience.
• Experience in food or feed manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to approved formulas.
• Maintain accurate batch records and paperwork.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, barrel handlers).
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control.

Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
