Job summary

Nature’s Lab, a division of DrVita, Inc., seeks a hands-on Formulation Scientist to join the R&D team in Las Vegas, NV. You will develop and optimize formulations across capsules, tablets, powders, and gummies for commercial manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of formulation experience, with skills in selecting ingredients, running pilot trials, and transferring processes to production. On-site role with rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Three+ years formulation experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
• Experience with multiple dosage forms (capsules, tablets, gummies) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new dietary supplement formulations from concept to production.
• Select active ingredients, excipients, flavors, colors, and processing aids.
• Design lab and pilot trials to assess performance and feasibility.
• Lead transfer of formulations to pilot and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot issues like flow, sticking, capping, and stability.
