Job summary

Nature’s Lab in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a hands-on Formulation Scientist to join our R&D team. You will develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations across capsules, tablets, powders, and gummies, moving concepts to commercial production while ensuring target potency, stability, and label claims.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related science and 3+ years in formulation within nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals, with experience in tablet coating or gummy processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, pharmaceutical science, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, nutrition, or related field.
• 3+ years of formulation experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Experience with multiple dosage forms (capsules, tablets, gummies, powders).
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements for dietary supplement manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new dietary supplement formulations from concept to commercial production.
• Select active ingredients, excipients, flavors, colors, and processing aids per product needs.
• Evaluate raw-material properties and process feasibility.
• Lead or support lab and pilot-scale trials for formulation performance.
• Transfer formulations from lab to pilot and full-scale production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory).
